World Snowboard Day video contest has started! Get behind your video camera! 12.01.2012 In order to continue to enjoy the magic of World Snowboard Day just a little longer - celebrated on Sunday, December 18th, in 37 countries through 167 events - we have launched a video contest in partnership with Riders Match. Your mission, should you accept, is to "Show us your favorite spot to ride"! You can present a video of your home resort, snowpark, favorite kicker or where you like to freeride. During the first round, the general public will chose the 5 best videos. Then for the final round, to select the top 3 short movies, we will call upon a jury composed of pro riders : Mathieu Crepel, Elias Elhardt, Anne-Flore Marxer, Victor Delerue & Xavier Delerue.This video contest is free and open to everyone who is passionate about snowboarding. The best among you will have the chance to win part of the 3 000€ worth of snowboard prizes provided by Rip Curl, Billabong, O’Neill and DC Shoes. You will be able to upload your videos online till February 6th, 2012, via the dedicated Riders Match web page on www.ridersmatch.com.
